Overview
Chubb is the world’s largest publicly traded property and casualty insurance company, known for its extensive global network and tailored insurance solutions for businesses and individuals.
We completed the full fit-out of Chubb’s new head office in One Katameya, Cairo, covering a total area of 2,000 square meters. The project was delivered in just 2 months, aligning seamlessly with the client’s relocation schedule.
Our scope included all interior finishes and MEP works, executed in close collaboration with Wassef Designs, the project consultant. Their creative vision and attention to detail played a key role in shaping a workspace that reflects Chubb’s global identity while offering functionality, elegance, and comfort.
This project is a testament to our ability to deliver high-quality fit-outs within fast-track timelines, and it stands as a successful collaboration between construction and design excellence.
